2024 Weekly Rates: May $1650; June $1700; July - August $1750; September $1700; October $1650. 4 person maximum occupancy, no events permitted. Parking limited to 2 spaces. Across the breezeway and set to the side and semi attached, is Woodfield, the estate's Main House, which may potentially be occupied by its homeowners when renting Skiff. Please note the pier, float and mooring are NOT available for guest use in any way whatsoever; thank you so much in advance for your understanding, please inquire for further clarification. Grill for Stone Patio use only. No Parking Permitted on Rocky Pasture Lane, or the Fields. Parking only permitted in designated parking area. Note the property borders Acadia National Park and so visitiors to the Park may pass near the home's boundary. Pleae inquire about potental to accommodate a pet under special circumstances. Any pets considered will incur an added $200 pet fee.  The Skiff and the Main House share laundry facilities located in the breezeway. 4PM Check in, 10 AM Departure. Please note the Main House and Skiff will not be rented to separate parties simultaneously, however the Homewners may be in Main House with Skiff rented, or in Skiff with Main House rented. Preferred occupancy of 2, up to 4.
